Handy new Google Tools to help with literacy

Have a look at your Tools menu in Google docs and see the new speech to text tool - appeared this September and is great for those students who have ideas but struggle with writing!
Another cool tool can turn pics with text in them to Google docs you can edit ( see pic below of a blog post turned into a doc) You can take the pic of anything containing words with your iphone and open in the Docs app or send your pic to Google Photos - right click and open with docs - magically the words are extracted from pic and placed at the bottom of the pic  and can now be edited.
